These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Hedge4 software licences from Trademaster Consulting SRL, Bucharest, Romania ("Hedge4", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our EULA and Privacy Policy.
1. Products
We sell licences to use the Hedge4 software in the tiers listed on our pricing page (Trial, Monthly, 6‑Months, 2‑Year and Lifetime), each with the features and limits described there. Use of the Software is governed by the EULA.
2. Prices & VAT
Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. VAT may apply depending on your country of origin and will be shown or added where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
3. Payment methods
You can pay by bank transfer, Skrill, credit card or PayPal (via our PayPal link), or with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH or USDC). For crypto, convert the price to the current BTC/EUR, ETH/EUR or USDC/EUR rate; wallet addresses are provided on request or at checkout. Your licence is issued after payment is received and confirmed.
4. Delivery
Licences and access details are delivered digitally by email to the address you provide, normally shortly after payment is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is correct.
5. Upgrades & additional licences
- Holders of a 6‑Months or 2‑Year licence may upgrade to a higher tier by paying the difference in price.
- You may purchase one additional licence at 50% off (for example, to run on a VPS).
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14‑day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content and software supplied immediately, this right ends once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where you have started using a licence (including download or activation), the withdrawal right may therefore no longer apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Software is faulty.
7. Support
Support is provided in line with your licence tier and is available only with a valid licence, up to a maximum of five years from the purchase date for the full licence. Platform updates are included with a valid licence as described on the pricing page.
8. Trading risk
Hedge4 is a trading tool and does not guarantee profits. Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and crypto on margin carries a high level of risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Example results shown on our site do not guarantee future performance.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a sale is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
